As you first start working from home one of the key things you need to remember is to do your homework. When looking into a new affiliate program etc make sure you understand all the elements involved, from where and how you can promote it to where you’ll find any assistance you may need. Be prepared to put in a little time researching before jumping straight in.

You’ll also want to make sure you have everything organised:  making a little extra time (ensuring you will have no disturbances: kids, neighbours, the phone) so you can properly read and study any instructions you should be given, to preparing you computer: creating new files and folders etc to store all the information you may need to refer to.
