Creating Your Own Free Article Directory
One of the free downloads available to NZPCS Members is your own article directory. This is incredibly easy to install and use and, in fact, has a very easy to follow instructions.
You will need to use an image editor of some description to change the header (I did mine in Paint) Once you’ve done that you’ll need to create a database and populate it - again this is really easy and in no way as scary as it looks and sounds - the instructions provide pictures so you can follow along. (And as per usual I will be more than happy to help anyone who wants extra assistance - either via the forum or skype)
Once you have it all uploaded you will need to log into your admin section - you’ll see a note here about using internet explorer (which I recommend in this instance though I usually use firefox) or having java enabled in firefox.
After you have logged in you’ll see there are already some articles in place and from there it’s just a matter of setting up your adsense and/or other income stream in the header and footer, and making any other changes to the text etc that you want.
